Women warned not to walk home alone as Railway Street rapist remains at large and police release more details about horrific attack

Police will be out on the streets of Grimsby tonight as they continue their hunt for a rapist who dragged a woman under the Railway Street bridge and brutally attacked her a week ago.
Officers will be questioning people out and about in Freeman Street and on the East Marsh as they step up their manhunt.
Today, Detective Chief Inspector Stewart Miller revealed that the victim - who was walking home from work - was not known to her attacker and had been followed from Freeman Street, along Wellington Street and into Railway Street before her horrific ordeal.
