Why Hull 'must continue to surprise and take risks' after City of Culture end

Hull should continue to take risks once the curtain has come down on 2017, according to a new report.
The City of Culture rollercoaster has now entered its final two months. However, Hull will still hold the title of UK City of Culture until 2021.
In a new report, the city council's culture manager Jon Pywell says maintaining the momentum built up during 2017 will be essential.
And he believes future arts and culture programming in the city must be to be "world class, challenging and ambitious".
