What judge told driver who viewed porn before fatal M69 crash

An ex-army sergeant who viewed pornography on his mobile phone as he crashed into a truck, killing the driver, has been jailed for eight years.
Felix Gillon, 56, was at the wheel of a fully laden flat-back Scania lorry, watching adult material, when the collision happened on the southbound carriageway of the M69 in Leicestershire.
A jury at Leicester Crown Court convicted him unanimously of causing the death of Mr Kerry Pemberton, a married father-of-six, by driving dangerously, on the afternoon of May 3 last year.
