Welsh village on the market for bargain price but no one wants to buy it



A village in Wales has been on the property market for three years, but no one wants to buy it.
According to Wales Online, the price of the entire village has been knocked down to £1.25m which is around the same price as one flat in London. 
Estate agents think the reason for the lack of interest is concerns and insecurity about Brexit.
The village was put on the market for £1.5m back in August 2016; it contains 16 homes and cottages and many acres of agricultural land.
However, in the last three years, the village has reduced in price by £250,000.
