Victory for common sense as EFL allow Accrington Stanley to keep funding £200 team trips to McDonald's



Accrington Stanley owner Andy Holt will be allowed to keep buying his players McDonald's after matches, the English Football League have confirmed.
The dispute arose when it was brought to the EFL's attention that Holt was giving his side £200 to spend in McDonald's after matches they won.
With this additional incentive not in the players contract's, the EFL wrote to Holt 'demanding an explanation'.
