A single mum on Universal Credit was told her benefit would be stopped if she signed up for a course "to better herself".
Sian Baker, who suffers from epilepsy, was called in for a meeting to discuss her claim for job seeker's allowance last January, after her temp job ended.
At the time she was receiving £360 a month in Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefits - which she said made all of the difference.
