Universal Credit: Four people reveal their experiences as it's rolled out across Birmingham

Foodbank users at the sharp end of the Government's introduction of Universal Credit have spoken about their struggles with the heavily-criticised reform.
Four claimants needing emergency food supplies in Cotteridge told of delays, confusion around the online administration system and parents being unable to feed their children.
They spoke at the B30 Foodbank, which runs two sessions a week at Cotteridge Church in south Birmingham.
The lifeline's volunteers have warned the roll-out of Universal Credit in the city could empty its shelves as it creates an upsurge in demand.
