Unai Emery adapts Arsenal training regime to deal with burn-out fears

Unai Emery has revealed that he is adapting his intense training sessions to deal with Arsenal’s packed fixture list and the raft of injuries they have picked up recently.
The Gunners have been without a number of key players but were boosted by the news that six first-team stars returned to training ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash against West Ham.
Nevertheless, Emery’s sessions are notoriously intense and the Spaniard has conceded that he is toning down training to prevent burn out or repeat injuries.
