Tragic teen Daniel Gee-Jamieson did not have a knife confirms judge
 

A top judge blasted Liverpool's "knife sub-culture" and confirmed Daniel Gee-Jamieson was unarmed when he was stabbed to death.
Owen Cousins, 17, was convicted of manslaughter after plunging a knife into Daniel's thigh during a pre-arranged 'straightener' in Nook Park, Gateacre, on Tuesday, July 3 last year.
Judge David Aubrey, QC, said at Liverpool Crown Court today that he was satisfied Daniel, known as Danny, was not carrying a knife during the fight.
