Tour fever hits Leeds city centre
 

Tour de France fever took over Leeds City Centre today as the stage was set for Saturday's Grand Depart.
There was a carnival atmosphere as crowds milled around Victoria Gardens on The Headrow, soaking up the pre-race buzz.
National and international media, with their video cameras, microphones and notebooks, were interviewing visitors for their audiences back home, trying not to get in the way of the tens of people trying to get photographs of the permanent marker on the pavement.
