Topshop, Dorothy Perkins and Miss Selfridge stores up and down the country could be at risk of closing.
Reports suggest that Arcadia group boss Sir Philip Green has plans to restructure the group meaning many jobs are at risk.
Changes to the retail empire could include a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) - which is a type of insolvency mechanism - which can result in significant numbers of stores and jobs being put at risk,  Sky News is reporting . 
Rumours suggest that as many as 200 stores could close as the leases approach their expiry date in 2020.
