Tommy silhouette taken round town



It was a case of better late than never as a Tommy silhouette, which failed to arrive in time for Armistice Day, was taken around Berwick last week.
Four of the six-feet-tall silhouettes were ordered by Northumberland County Council from There But Not There, the Armistice 2018 project for the charity Remembered.
It had been planned to have them in place for Remembrance services at Berwick, Tweedmouth, Spittal and East Ord war memorials but the charity suffered supply problems.
