Readers have had their say after a man was refused travel on a train for being "too drunk".
James Kadiri was told he wasn't allowed to board the Merseyrail service to Chester after having six pints with his friend.
The 54-year-old electrician then demanded to be arrested after getting into a row with a guard.
He told the ECHO: "I did the right thing as I didn't drive and used public transport, but if I am going for a few drinks, I expect to get home.
