SEB HINES got the goal which settled this Capital One Cup quarter-final.
But unfortunately for him it was into his own Middlesbrough net.
Jonathan De Guzman, who had his 72nd minute free-kick tipped on to the bar by Boro keeper Jason Steele, took the corner which led to the goal eight minutes later.
From his flagkick Hines, under pressure from Gary Monk, headed into his own net.
That was enough for Swansea to join Bradford and Aston Villa in the semi-finals with Leeds and Chelsea still to play.
