Shoppers are met with hundreds of dilemmas in the supermarket - where to avoid avoid full fat products, or opt for low fat, low sugar, or have food and drink with fewer calories.
Nutritionists have advised for years that people need to stay away from anything that has fat in it.
But sugar has been hitting the headlines recently for contributing to the rise in obesity and it was even announced in March a sugar tax will be brought in on the soft drinks industry to combat obesity.
