Stunning Liverpool landmarks lit up for three VERY different reasons
 

Landmarks all across Liverpool were lit up in stunning light shows this week - for three very different reasons.
St George's Hall, Sefton Park Palm House and Liverpool Town Hall were just some of the buildings glowing from Monday onwards.
The Playhouse in Williamson Square kicked off the light shows with obscure red, white and blue stripped lighting to mark the one year anniversary of Sir Ken Dodd 's death.
The veteran comedian was remembered fondly by people across the world and even more so by Scousers who grew up with him in their lives.
