Stoke City manager Mark Hughes to ask Roy Hodgson to leave out Jack Butland for next England squad to aid finger recovery



Mark Hughes will warn Roy Hodgson against calling up Jack Butland to the England squad next month as the goalkeeper nurses a broken finger.
Butland suffered the injury on Friday in training but was Man of the Match for Stoke City on Saturday, brilliantly keeping rampant Norwich City at bay.
His early-season form means England will look to give the 22-year-old the nod to be Joe Hart's understudy for games against San Marino and Switzerland.
