SCOTTISH food psychologist Dr Christy Fergusson has come up with the recipe for love to help you feel fruity this Valentine’s Day.
At least a fifth of people suffer from a diminished libido at some point – but Christy says a change in diet could help your sex life.
Food and sex are linked as they trigger the same part of the brain that controls emotional and sensual activity.
