Social worker accused of explaining how to cheat a drug test could be struck off

A social worker could be struck off after allegedly telling someone how to cheat in a drugs test.
Kevin Sinclair is also accused of advising the same person how to breach bail conditions without being caught.
He was working for Sefton council when the alleged incidents of misconduct are said to have taken place just over two years ago.
The council said he is no longer an employee but said it could not comment further.
Sinclair faces 11 allegations in total at a Health and Care Professionals Tribunal Service hearing next Monday, which will decide if they have been proven and if he should... read more
