Shop owners' final appeal for public to support campaign against supermarket's bid to sell newspapers

A newsagent has made a final appeal for people to support her campaign to stop a supermarket from selling newspapers just yards away from her shop.
Planning officers have recommended that the Barrowford and Western Parishes area committee give the green light to the application by Booths supermarket to overturn a planning condition, imposed on the store when it opened three years ago, banning the business from selling newspapers and magazines.
