Sewage spills at insurance firm Hastings Direct's Leicester office but staff hold noses and carry on working
Staff at an insurance firm held their noses and kept on working after sewage leaked into their office.
A damaged pipe allowed foul-smelling sewage to spill out on to people's computers in Hastings Direct's office in St Georges Way, in Leicester city centre.
The building is home to a number of flats and businesses in addition to Hastings Direct and is owned by a third party.
One member of staff told LeicestershireLive: "Pipe work has collapsed and caused sewage water to fall on to the computers.
"It stinks of sewage and we are still working here."
