Second-hand car owner? You could be entitled to THOUSANDS after mis-selling scandal

Drivers of second-hand cars purchased in the last 12 months could be owed THOUSANDS in refunds after a new mis-selling scandal came to light.
The Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) say people may be entitled to a full or partial refund if a car dealer does not disclose a vehicle’s full history- including whether it was used for hire, lease or fleet purposes.
They argue a buyer may make their purchasing decision on whether the car had been part of a fleet rather than having one single driver - as people are much more likely to take better care of their own car than if it were a company car... read more
