Schoolboy and motorcyclist injured in collision in Nuneaton town centre

A schoolboy and a motorbike rider needed hospital treatment following a collision which caused chaos on the roads around Nuneaton town centre.
Police have confirmed that a 13-year-old boy, who has not been identified, and a motorcyclist in his 40s, both needed to be seen by medics following the collision at the cross road of Roanne Ringway and Queens Road.
The duo were taken to the George Eliot Hospital for treatment.
Investigations are ongoing into the collision, which took place at 3.35pm today which led to traffic tailbacks around the town centre.
