Revealed - new daily congestion charge for Brum and how long residents will be exempt

The proposed daily charge for Birmingham's controversial Clean Air Zone has been reduced to £8 for non-compliant cars while some residents could be exempt for two years.
The new details have emerged after the city council published its full business case for the scheme.
However they have requested £69m from the government admitting the charges may have to be revised if the funding is refused.
