Retrial into murder of Derby teenager Kadeem Blackwood will start today
 

THE prosecution will today open its case against a man being retried for the murder of Derby teenager Kadeem Blackwood.
At Nottingham Crown Court yesterday, a jury of eight men and four women was sworn in to try Michael-Paul Hamblett-Sewell.
The 26-year-old is charged with the murder of Kadeem, who died in November 2008 at the age of 15.
Callum Campbell, who was 20 at the time Kadeem died, pleaded guilty to murder following a police investigation at the time.
Hamblett-Sewell appeared in the dock yesterday wearing a grey shirt and dark-coloured trousers.
