Stuart Hood goes from chubby apprentice to all-knowing master during his third week in the Reebok Fit Club.
Something extraordinary happened to me last Wednesday. For the first time in 20-something days, I woke up without any pain in my hamstrings or thighs. It was a miracle. I jumped up and down. I sang with joy. I gave my postman a high-five. Then I spoke to my Reebok mentor Caroline.
‘Great, that means you’re ready to add some extra work into your programme,’ she said. ‘Why don’t you try to do 100 burpees as quickly as you can tonight?’
