Police seize £2 million worth of goods bought with money from crimes

Leicestershire Police have confiscated £2 million worth of goods which were bought with money obtained through criminal activity in the past year.
Many of the items confiscated were through tip-offs from the public, following the launch of the police's 'Too Much Bling? Give us a ring!' campaign, which is being rolled out across Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Paul Wenlock, head of Leicestershire Economic Crime Unit, said: "We are encouraging members of the public to come forward if they believe someone is living a lifestyle beyond their means.
