"Please offer me a seat" badges unveiled by transport bosses

PASSENGERS who find it hard to stand on public transport could soon be able to take advantage of a new scheme to help them find a seat.
The Please Offer Me A Seat scheme will offer passengers with disabilities, injuries or hidden conditions access to a badge system, enabling them to indicate to fellow passengers that they need to sit down. Similar badges were introduced in London in 2016.
