'Phone porn' death crash lorry driver guilty

A lorry driver who was looking at pornography on his mobile phone as he crashed into a truck, killing its driver, has been convicted of causing death by dangerous driving.
Felix Gillon, 56, was found guilty at Leicester Crown Court today of causing the death of 55-year-old father Kerry Pemberton.
Mr Pemberton’s Iveco had broken down on the southbound carriageway of the M6 in Leicestershire, and he was outside his vehicle awaiting roadside help on the afternoon of May 3, last year, when the crash happened.
