Petrified man attacked and bundled into van during feud with neighbour

A petrified man was viciously attacked before being dragged and bundled into a van after a long-running feud turned nasty.
He was repeatedly punched and kicked by two other men before being shoved into the van and padlocked inside, a court heard.
Kevin Frail, 53, and his partner's son, Joshua Hewitt, 20, both of Redbourne Close, Scunthorpe, admitted affray on March 23 last year.
Craig Lowe, prosecuting, told Grimsby Crown Court that the man, an ex-neighbour, owed Frail money and there was a confrontation.
