Passersby rushed to help two dying children at Birmingham New Road crash tragedy
Passersby rushed to help two dying children after an horrific crash on one of the Midlands' busiest roads.
A woman at the scene said her colleague, a trained first aider, ran to see if there was anything she could do following the crash in Birmingham New Road , Wolverhampton, at 8.45pm on Thursday, March 14.
But West Midlands Police later confirmed two children, aged just ten and 23 months, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Their mother was badly hurt and was rushed to hospital, where she remained on Friday.
All three were in a BMW which was hit by an Audi S3.
