Paris Saint-Germain stalling on Kylian Mbappe deal as they look for way to sign striker without breaking Financial Fair Play regulations

Paris Saint-Germain are yet to complete a move for Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe over fears they will be hit by Financial Fair Play (FFP) sanctions.
According to L'Equipe, the 18-year-old is set to join on an initial season-long loan deal, with an automatic purchase fee of £166m, however PSG are looking to have the obligation to buy removed.
That's because any automatic purchase fee would apply to the current campaign, and, having already bought Neymer for £198m, would take the Ligue 1 club miles past the £30m deficit that is allowed when it comed to FFP.
