Nuneaton bowling alley siege: Man jailed

A man has been jailed for 12 years for taking two people hostage during a four-hour siege at a bowling alley.
David Clarke, 53, of Ryde Avenue, Nuneaton, sparked the stand-off at MFA Bowl in Nuneaton during the October half term, which led to lockdown at the Bermuda Park leisure park for hours.

About 40 people were said to be inside the bowling complex during the siege.
