Never mind Arsene Wenger! The truth about West Brom's penalty against Arsenal

Mike Dean has since admitted he “got it wrong” regarding his decision to award West Brom a penalty against Arsenal on New Year’s Eve, Mike Riley has revealed.
Riley, manager of the Professional Game Match Officials Board, told the Daily Express that referee Dean is a “very honest guy” and held his hands up after making the call that effectively cost the Gunners two points.
Dean pointed to the spot when Kieran Gibbs’ cross hit the arm of defender Calum Chambers, in what appeared to be a soft decision.
