Moscow blast: Russia rocked after large explosion at busy underground station
 

The blast, which Moscow officials say was caused by a leaking gas canister, occurred at an underground passageway near Kolomenskaya metro station, southeast of central Moscow.
A tweeted statement by the Moscow metro said the canister was being used by welders doing repairs in the passageway.
At least seven people have been injured in the blast, with four of them currently in hospital, according to RIA Novosti, citing a source in the emergency services.
