Morne Morkel injury stalls South Africa victory charge but only rain can prevent Australia from 3-1 series loss

Australia might have been beaten inside three days had South Africa fast bowler Morne Morkel not suffered an injury during the fourth Test at the Wanderers yesterday.
There was an Australian fightback in the morning led by new captain Tim Paine (62) and paceman Pat Cummins (50).
It helped the tourists recover from 96 for six to 221 all out, but they still finished 267 runs adrift of South Africa.
