More severe weather warnings issued for Cumbria
 

More weather warnings have been issued for Cumbria this weekend as the county will be hit by further wintry conditions.
A yellow warning for ice came into force after midnight last night and lasts until 11am today.
The Met Office said: "Ice is likely to form through Friday night and last into Saturday morning with some sleet and snow showers continuing in places.
"There will probably be ice on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths, potentially resulting in some injuries from slips and falls."
Tomorrow, a 12-hour warning of snow and ice comes into force at 6am.
