Man wants 13th century castle wall pulled down because it might destroy his conservatory
 

A man is living in constant fear that his house will be destroyed by a crumbling castle just a few feet away.
Rob Stockdale is literally caught between a rock and a hard place as the towering 13th century ruin is a protected site of National Importance.
He says his neighbour owns the remnants of Malefant Castle, but is reluctant to shell out the £40,000 needed for repairs.
The grandfather has lived in its shadow for eight years and fears it could kill someone if it topples over.
