Man seriously injured after shooting in Glasgow's east end
 

A man has been shot in the east end of Glasgow.
The 38-year-old was rushed to hospital after shots were fired at around 11pm on Tuesday in Cuthleton Terrace in Shettleston.
Police and ambulance services swooped on the area following reports of the shooting.
Early today an area of the street was sealed off by police to allow a forensic investigation to begin.
A Police spokeswoman said:”The victim was taken to hospital. He is in a serious but stable condition.”
There are thought to be no arrests so far.
The police spokeswoman added that the investigation is at an early stage.
