Man arrested after 'refusing to get off train' in Derby
 

POLICE were called to deal with a passenger who allegedly refused to get off a train at Derby's Midland Station.
Officers attended the incident after a call was received at 7.10am this morning.
A spokesman said: "We were called to an allegation that a 26-year-old man, from Nottinghamshire, was refusing to get off a train and was swearing.
"We arrived and arrested him on suspicion of a public order offence, assaulting a police officer and obstructing a railway."
