Liverpool's 'fake begging' problem investigated - with some VERY interesting results



The issue of supposed 'fake beggars' in Liverpool is now being discussed across the country.
The ECHO has been reporting on the debate surrounding 'professional beggars' - those who are allegedly not homeless but still come to the city to beg - for some time now.
Just this week we spoke to a number of rough sleepers in the city centre who said that they are frustrated by people who 'only come out at weekends' to beg for money and said they can give those genuinely in need a bad name.
