Killer's bid to overturn conviction for stabbing young dad to death
 

A killer who murdered a young dad in a knife attack in a car park has lost a Court of Appeal bid to clear his name.
Ezekiel Braithwaite, 21, killed Pedro Godhino after confronting him after a party in Beaumont Leys, Leicester, in March 2017.
The attack happened in a car park in Canonsleigh Road. Mr Godinho, 22, was found stabbed in the heart and later died.
In October 2017, Braithwaite, of no fixed address, was convicted of the murder and jailed for life at Leicester Crown Court.
He was ordered to serve a minimum of 21 years behind bars before he can even apply for release on parole.
