Troubled drinks supplier Conviviality is set to sell its wholesale arm to C&C, the Irish cider giant that makes Magners and Bulmers, as it prepares to enter administration today.
C&C said it was in ‘advanced discussions’ to buy several wholesale brands from the Bargain Booze owner, including Matthew Clark and Bibendum - which Conviviality acquired only a couple of years ago - as well as Catalyst, Peppermint, Elastic and Walker & Wodehouse.
