An old shop in the centre of a Leicestershire village is being auctioned off for just £125k.
The Co-op building, in High Street, Measham, is on a large plot of land and could be demolished and replaced with flats or townhouses if planning permission is granted.
The property is being auctioned off by SDL Auctions at Nottingham Racecourse on November 21.
A picture released by the auction house shows the bare interior of the property.
Co-op left the building two and a half years ago, moving to another building nearby in the High Street.
