Inquest opens into death of schoolboy who died in freezing temperature

An inquest has opened into the death of a seven-year-old boy whose body was found outside a house in Birmingham.
Hakeem Hussain died from cardiac arrest after suffering suspected hypothermia in Cook Street, Nechells.
No-one from his family was at the inquest which opened at Birmingham Coroner’s Court today.
Coroner’s investigator Sylvia Mole read out the evidence.
She said Hansen lived in Long Acre, Nechells, but was found at the Cook Street address where he was pronounced dead at 7.40am on November 26.
