You may have heard the statistic that one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.
The good news is that stigma is slowly being tackled and last year the government announced that they would be injecting £1.3billion into mental health services across the country.
So with thousands of new jobs being created for nurses, therapists and consultants: what about the one-in-four rule?
Mental illness doesn’t magically avoid the people who actively work to treat those affected, so we asked what it’s like to see it from both sides.
