Hunt for owner of dog that travelled 113 miles by train
 

The hunt is on for the owner of a dog believed to have travelled 113 miles by train.
A doberman found wandering around Birmingham New Street station was taken to vets by kind passersby who thought he was a stray.
A trip to a local vet revealed that the dog’s microchip could be traced back to Huddersfield – which means he may have changed trains at Manchester.
An appeal has been launched on social media to reunite the runaway dog with his owners.
The post has been shared by Hilbrae Kennels in Telford, Shropshire, who have taken him in.
