Humberside Police officers now have highest morale in country in remarkable turnaround

A new survey has revealed officer morale at Humberside Police is the highest of any force in the country.
The study published today by the Police Federation marks a huge turnaround since 2015 when three our of four frontline officers said they suffered from low morale.
At the time the force was undergoing major changes led by former chief constable Justine Curran.
