Hull's Arctic Corsair to be moved after 20 years on the River Hull



Hull's Arctic Corsair is set to be moved for the first time in 20 years next month.
The former sidewinder trawler which now operates as a visitor attraction will be towed from her current berth on the River Hull to Albert Dock after the end of the summer season.
The spectacle is expected to attract big crowds along the riverside and at vantage points overlooking the Humber. A date for the journey is yet to be announced.
The move will allow flood defence work to be carried out on the River Hull and pave the way for a full restoration of the vessel.
