Hull housing charity plans its first self-build scheme - but not everyone is happy

A planning application has now been submitted to build four new homes which would be constructed by the tenants of a housing charity.
Giroscope says the new homes would be built behind its own offices in Coltman Street.
The scheme would break new ground for the charity as it will be the first time it has built brand new homes rather than renovating existing properties.
